recommendations are free from conflict of interest; I do not engage in mold remediation.
I started mold inspections in 1997 while as a home inspector I
have noticed mold to be associated with structural defects and
present in some houses to a worrying extent. I have also noted
clients' health affected and they did not know why they suffer. In
2001 I founded Michigan Mold Inspections Company.

My mold inspections reports are narrative and detailed, written so everyone can understand
them, the photographs are inserted in the text. All structural
defects causing mold problems are described with detail and proper
remediation recommendations are given so mold does not grow back.
